Cody’s Magical Adventure
Cody, a 5-year-old from Decatur, has a very rare genetic disorder called Russell Silver Syndrome. When Cody was asked what he wanted for his magic moment, he said he wanted to go to Disney World! Read on to see what his family had to say about their magical adventure.
To everyone at Magic Moments,
We would like to thank you for the love, generosity, and kindness that you have shared with our family. You gave Cody something we were unable to give him. Mickey Mouse probably is his favorite character, and going to Disney World really did make his wish come true. Everything was wonderful from the moment we arrived at Give Kids the World. The employees and volunteers treated us like family, and we received plenty of smiles, hugs, and best wishes. We have never seen Cody smile the way he did while we were there, and his happiness has carried through, even since we’ve been home. The castle at Give Kids the World became Cody’s favorite place on Earth. Meeting all the characters from Disney and Universal Studios was magical, and he loved every minute of it! We are sending a few pictures to share back with you the love you have shared with us. Thank you so much and God bless all of you!
